When you subscribe, you immediately receive your credit refill based on the plan you choose (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Credits can be used inside the app to generate personalized stories and videos for your child.
No. Each plan includes automatic credit refills, and credits do not accumulate or roll over to the next period.
Yes. You can cancel at any time through your platform account settings on kidsadventure.app. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to all remaining credits and benefits until the end of the current billing period. After that, the subscription will not renew.
You will still keep full access until the end of the year you already paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused time, as per Apple and Google subscription policies.
Subscriptions are managed through your platform account settings on kidsadventure.app. You can change or cancel your plan at any time by visiting your account page and accessing the subscription management section.
Your credits automatically refresh on your subscription renewal date. The number of credits you receive depends on the plan you chose.

Yes. You can purchase additional credits beyond your subscription plan. $9.99 for 1,000 credits - perfect for extra video generation. Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase date. You can purchase credits from your account page on kidsadventure.app.
All payments for access periods are handled securely by the platform where you obtained the app. Because payment processing is managed entirely by that platform, our team does not directly issue refunds.
If you believe a charge was made in error, you can request a refund through the same platform's help center where you originally obtained the app. The platform will review and determine eligibility based on its policies.
